Information Collection and Use by ouno

When you visit ouno you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us, and Service use information collected by us as you interact with our Service. When you add profile and contact information to ouno, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, your email address, your telephone number any other personal or preference information that you provide to us. ouno collects user submitted information to provide the Service, authenticate users, and send notifications relating to the Service. ouno Disclosure of Users Profile Data General Rule.

ouno will not disclose, sell or transfer any of your Profile Data, to any third parties (e.g., advertisers or business partners), except in the following cases: (i) ouno receives your permission; (ii) if ouno believes in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or transfer or (iii) as set forth below.

Third Parties. ouno may at any time add business partners or co-branded sites to its site, but the sharing of information with them will be limited to only statistical information regarding Users in general, and ouno will not disclose any of your Profile Data, correspondence or any related information. ouno assures you that in the event that ouno shall wish to transfer any of such information, ouno shall notify you before transferring such information, so that you will always have a chance to object to such transfer.

Special Cases. ouno may also disclose Profile Data or other information, in special cases when it has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating this Privacy Policy or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally), ouno's rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
