What is this login field?
In the login field you place your i-Name. Here your i-Name will be used as an OpenID identifier which is an open standard that allows you to manage the login process for many other sites.
When you see this symbol you can use your i-Name to login. This is a online single-sign-on system. Now you don't need to make a new username and password pair for sites which use openid.

Rollover Points: Rollover Points accumulate and expire through 12 rolling bill periods. After the first rolling 12 month period Rollover Points begin are reduced by half each 12 month period until they are exausted. Rollover points accumulated starting with after the first 12 month period will be reduced by one half as they reach a 12-bill-period age. Rollover Points will also expire immediately upon default or if customer changes to a non-Rollover plan. Rollover Points cannont be redeemed for cash or credit and Rollover Points are not transferable.
Chargeback / Refund Policy
ouno will not issue cash refunds for any early services cancellation. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately at support@
ouno.com. If the charges were made in error, we will credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.
No Warranties or Representations
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and
ouno, disclaims all warranties of any kind, including without limitation any warranty for a particular purpose, non-infringement or bailment of your data on
ouno's servers. Use of the Service is at Your Sole Risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to You resulting from the use of the Service. The entire risk arising out of use, security or performance of the Service remains with You.
Limitation of Liability

ouno be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data) whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), equity or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use this site or the materials therein or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of data.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, however we will attempt to provide a 14-day grace period for any date portability purposes. You also have the option of canceling your account at any time without penalty. In the event of account cancellation you will have 14 days to remove Your data from our servers.
